FAQs

Does the Club include the flashcards and the full Foundation Library?

Yes! The RecallGrid Club is our ultimate all-access pass. When you join, you instantly unlock the entire platform—including all HSK 1-6 vocabulary flashcards and every single graded reader in our Foundation Library. Add in the exclusive weekly video drops and the private Discord community, and you have everything you need to reach fluency.

What makes the “Video Readers” different from regular reading?

Our exclusive Video Readers are dynamic, teacher-led read-alongs. As you watch, the text is highlighted in real-time while a native speaker reads aloud. This acts like “training wheels,” allowing you to absorb the natural rhythm, intonation, and flow of the language, meaning you can successfully read content that is slightly above your current level without getting lost.

Are these brand-new stories, or ones from the Foundation Library?

RecallGrid Club is a guided immersion experience. We hand-pick stories from the expansive RecallGrid library so you never have to guess what to study next. The exclusive value of the Club is the structured weekly delivery, the Video Reader upgrades of those specific stories, and the private Discord community. We eliminate the decision fatigue so you can just focus on learning.

What HSK levels are the Club stories?

We release content that spans the spectrum from HSK 2/3 bridge stories up to advanced HSK 5/6 narratives. Because the RecallGrid platform allows you to tap any word for instant translation, you can safely challenge yourself with stories slightly above your current level without getting frustrated.

Is there a minimum commitment? Can I cancel?

You can cancel anytime. There are no lock-in contracts. If you need to take a break from studying Chinese, you can cancel your subscription with a single click in your account dashboard. You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
