RecallGrid provides digital learning tools, including specialized flashcards, study engines, and graded readers designed for Mandarin Chinese learners. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time.
3. Accounts and Subscriptions
- Registration: You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
- Access: Subscriptions and bundles (such as HSK Flashcards or Graded Readers) are for individual use only. Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of access without a refund.
4. Payments and Refunds
- Billing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize RecallGrid to charge the specified amount to your payment method.
- 30-Day Guarantee: We want you to be happy with your progress. If RecallGrid isn’t the right fit for you, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all first-time purchases.
- Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact support. Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that once a refund is processed, access to the paid features will be revoked immediately.
- Disputes: We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues. Initiating a bank chargeback before attempting to contact support may result in permanent blacklisting from the Service.
5. Support and Communication

- Response Times: While we aim to respond to all inquiries as quickly as possible, please allow 24–48 hours for a response, especially on weekends and holidays.
- Conduct: We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts of users who are abusive, threatening, or unprofessional in their communications with our team.

All content on RecallGrid—including flashcard designs, the study engine algorithm, and graded readers—is the property of RecallGrid and is protected by copyright laws. You may not scrape, copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
RecallGrid is provided “as is.” While we aim for 100% uptime and accuracy, we do not guarantee that the service will be error-free. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, USA.
